Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. For the purposes of applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd shall act as a "Data Fiduciary" in relation to the digital personal data processed through the Services. The Company processes personal data only for lawful purposes connected with: account creation and authentication; property listings and advertisements; communication between users; subscription management and billing; customer support; fraud prevention and platform security; analytics, platform improvement, and operational management; legal and regulatory compliance; and marketing communications where permitted by applicable law or user consent. Users shall have such rights as may be available under applicable data protection laws, including: the right to access personal data; the right to correction and updating of inaccurate data; the right to request erasure of personal data; the right to withdraw consent; the right to grievance redressal; and the right to nominate another person to exercise rights in accordance with applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, users may exercise certain rights in relation to their personal data processed by PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd, including: the right to access personal data; the right to review and correct inaccurate or outdated information; the right to request deletion or erasure of personal data; the right to withdraw consent for processing activities based on consent; the right to grievance redressal; and such other rights as may be available under applicable data protection laws. The Services are intended only for individuals who are competent to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing or using the Services, users represent and warrant that they are at least eighteen (18) years old and possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under eighteen (18) years of age, permit minors to independently create accounts or engage in transactions through the Services, or conduct behavioral monitoring, profiling, or targeted advertising directed toward minors.

The Services may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage objects, analytics tools, and similar tracking technologies to: operate and maintain the Services; authenticate users and maintain sessions; remember user preferences and settings; improve functionality and user experience; analyze platform usage and performance; measure effectiveness of advertisements and campaigns; personalize content, recommendations, and promotional communications; and enhance platform security and fraud prevention mechanisms. By using the Services, users consent to the use of such Tracking Technologies in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and user preferences where consent is required. Users may manage or disable certain cookies and tracking preferences through browser settings or device settings.

The Company may store, process, host, transfer, or access personal information through servers, cloud infrastructure, software platforms, analytics systems, customer support tools, communication providers, payment gateways, or technology service providers located in India or other jurisdictions, subject to applicable law. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd implements commercially reasonable technical, organizational, administrative, and security measures designed to protect the Services, user accounts, and personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. However, users acknowledge and agree that no internet-based platform or electronic transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or immune from cyber threats. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, passwords, OTPs, and login information, and for immediately notifying the Company of any suspected unauthorized access.

In the event of a suspected or actual security incident, unauthorized access event, cybersecurity threat, data breach, or compromise affecting the Services or user information, the Company may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law: investigate and assess the nature and scope of the incident; suspend or restrict access to affected systems or accounts; preserve logs, records, and technical evidence; engage cybersecurity experts or investigative agencies; notify affected users, regulators, law enforcement authorities, or governmental agencies where reasonably necessary or legally required; and implement remedial, containment, mitigation, recovery, or corrective measures.

PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd may retain, archive, preserve, monitor, or maintain user information, account records, communications, listings, transactional data, logs, metadata, verification records, support communications, technical records, and other platform-related information for such duration as may be reasonably necessary for: operation and maintenance of the Services; fraud prevention and security monitoring; legal compliance and regulatory obligations; taxation and accounting requirements; dispute resolution and enforcement of legal rights; and backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and audit purposes. Deletion, deactivation, suspension, or termination of an account shall not necessarily result in immediate or complete deletion of all associated information from the Company's systems, archives, backups, logs, or disaster recovery environments.

By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, users acknowledge and agree that PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd may send promotional communications, marketing messages, property alerts, listing recommendations, newsletters, subscription offers, advertisements, campaign updates, event invitations, platform announcements, and engagement communications through electronic means including email, SMS, telephone calls, messaging services, push notifications, and in-platform communications, subject to applicable law and user preferences where required. Users may opt out of certain marketing communications by using unsubscribe mechanisms where available, modifying account preferences, or contacting the Company through designated support or grievance channels. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may continue to send transactional communications, security alerts, service-related notices, and account-related updates where reasonably necessary for operation of the Services.

By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, users expressly consent to receive communications from PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd, its authorized representatives, affiliates, partners, vendors, service providers, brokers, advertisers, builders, developers, or communication service providers through telephone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, push notifications, email communications, automated calls or prerecorded communications where permitted by law, in-platform messages, and other electronic communication channels. Such communications may include account verification, OTPs and security notifications, property alerts and listing recommendations, buyer and seller inquiries, subscription and billing communications, promotional offers and marketing campaigns, service announcements and operational updates, and customer support and engagement communications. Users may opt out of certain promotional communications. However, the Company may continue to send transactional communications, security notifications, legal notices, and operational updates where reasonably necessary for provision of the Services.

The Services may provide users with optional privacy-oriented features, including anonymous posting capabilities, limited-profile visibility, masked contact information, selective disclosure settings, or restricted identity-sharing mechanisms. Users acknowledge and agree that anonymity or privacy-related features may not guarantee complete anonymity, confidentiality, or non-identifiability in all circumstances. Users are solely responsible for determining what information they choose to disclose through the Services and for exercising caution while communicating with other users or third parties. The Company does not guarantee absolute anonymity or complete masking of user identity.
