Buyers can explore broker and seller profiles, portfolios, and linked social media accounts to shortlist suitable property opportunities and initiate preliminary discussions through the platform's integrated communication system. Buyer-side services on the platform are offered free of charge. For brokers, sellers, builders, and other real estate professionals, PropAdda offers paid subscription-based services through predefined packages. These services may include digital marketing support, social media creatives, branding materials, promotional advertisements across third-party social media platforms, portfolio websites, CRM tools for lead management, analytics dashboards, premium listing visibility, buyer inquiry notifications, community wall posting access, fixed-slot property advertisements within the platform, shareable portfolio profiles, and integrated chat features. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd acts solely as a technology and marketing platform and does not participate in, negotiate, facilitate, or earn commission from any real estate transaction, property sale, rental agreement, or deal executed between buyers, brokers, sellers, or builders. Payments for subscription packages and related services are processed securely through integrated third-party payment gateway services, including Razorpay. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. We accept the following forms of payment: Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. All payments shall be in Indian Rupees. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services or to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
All payments made on Propadda are non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to: • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile a database or directory without written permission from us. • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords. • Post false, misleading, fake, or fraudulent property listings. • Share inaccurate property details, pricing, ownership status, or location information. • Impersonate buyers, brokers, builders, agents, or any other individual or entity. • Create fake accounts, fake portfolios, or misleading professional profiles. • Upload forged documents, certifications, licenses, or credentials. • Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or intimidate other users. • Send spam messages, bulk promotions, unsolicited advertisements, or repetitive inquiries. • Post offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content. • Use automated bots, scraping tools, crawlers, or data extraction systems on the platform. • Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the website or servers. • Use the platform for illegal financial activities, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions. • Misrepresent property ownership, brokerage authority, or legal rights. • Use PropAdda branding, trademarks, logos, or content without written permission. • Engage in any activity prohibited under applicable Indian laws and regulations.
The Services may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality. Any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You represent and warrant that your Contributions are original, do not infringe any third-party rights, are not false or misleading, are not obscene or objectionable, and do not violate any applicable law. Any use of the Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Legal Terms and may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services.
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions.
When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria: (1) you should have firsthand experience with the person/entity being reviewed; (2) your reviews should not contain offensive profanity or abusive language; (3) your reviews should not contain discriminatory references; (4) your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity; (5) you should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews; (6) you may not post any false or misleading statements; and (7) you may not organise a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
As part of the functionality of the Services, you may link your account with online accounts you have with third-party social media account details. By granting us access to any Third-Party Accounts, we may access, make available, and store any content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account. Your relationship with the third-party service providers associated with your third-party accounts is governed solely by your agreement(s) with such third-party service providers.

We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to these Legal Terms or the legal relationship established by these Legal Terms to the jurisdiction of the India courts. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Legal Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the state of your principal place of business.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OR 5000 INDIAN RUPEES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) use of the Services; (3) breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services.

You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES.

These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.
By listing, uploading, posting, submitting, or publishing any property, project, portfolio, business profile, logo, image, video, branding material, advertisement content, or related information on the PropAdda platform, the user grants PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, promote, and advertise such content for marketing, promotional, branding, advertising, and platform awareness purposes. This includes the right of PropAdda to showcase listed properties, property images, project details, company names, broker or builder profiles, logos, publicly available contact information, testimonials, branding materials, and associated listing content across PropAdda's official website, social media platforms, online advertisements, promotional creatives, and outdoor advertising formats.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd operates solely as an online technology, listing, networking, communication, and marketing platform for buyers, brokers, sellers, builders, and other real estate professionals. PropAdda does not own, sell, purchase, lease, broker, verify, guarantee, negotiate, or otherwise participate in any property transaction, agreement, or deal between users of the platform. Any communication, negotiation, arrangement, payment, booking, token amount, agreement, property inspection, documentation, or transaction conducted between buyers, sellers, brokers, builders, or third parties shall be solely at the discretion, responsibility, and risk of the respective users involved. PropAdda does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, authenticity, ownership, availability, pricing, approvals, documentation, RERA compliance, or suitability of any property, listing, user profile, advertisement, or representation made by any user on the platform. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, property verification, legal checks, financial assessments, and professional consultation before entering into any transaction or agreement.
In accordance with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules framed thereunder, users may contact the Company's designated Grievance Officer for any complaints, concerns, notices, grievances, unlawful listings, intellectual property issues, privacy-related concerns, or other matters relating to the Services. Users, including brokers, agents, builders, developers, property owners, advertisers, and other real estate professionals, are solely responsible for ensuring that all property listings, advertisements, promotions, representations, and related activities conducted through the Services comply with applicable real estate laws and regulations, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA") and rules framed thereunder. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd does not independently verify ownership or title of properties, legality of construction or approvals, RERA registration status, accuracy of user-submitted property information, or authenticity of documents uploaded by users. Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence, legal verification, financial assessment, and professional consultation prior to entering into any transaction, arrangement, or agreement relating to any property or listing available through the Services.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd operates solely as an intermediary technology platform within the meaning of applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable intermediary guidelines and rules framed thereunder. The Services are intended only to provide an online platform for users to publish, access, communicate, promote, discover, and interact with property-related listings, advertisements, profiles, information, and services submitted by third-party users.
Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms, the Services, user interactions, subscriptions, advertisements, listings, transactions, or the use of the platform, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussions between the parties. If such dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute, the same shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any amendments thereto. The arbitration shall: • be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd; • be conducted in the English language; • have its seat and venue in New Delhi, India. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties. Subject to the foregoing arbitration provisions, courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of these Legal Terms and the Services. Nothing contained herein shall prevent PropAdda from seeking interim, injunctive, or equitable relief before any competent court of law.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, deficiency, loss, damage, or inability to perform any obligations under these Legal Terms or the Services if such delay or failure arises directly or indirectly from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: • acts of God; • natural disasters; • flood, fire, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergencies; • war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or governmental actions; • labor disputes or strikes; • internet failures, telecommunications outages, hosting failures, cloud infrastructure disruptions, cyberattacks, hacking incidents, malware attacks, denial-of-service attacks, or power failures; • payment gateway failures, banking disruptions, or third-party service interruptions; • changes in applicable laws, regulations, or governmental restrictions. During the continuance of any force majeure event, the Company's obligations under these Legal Terms shall remain suspended to the extent affected by such event. The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected Services as soon as reasonably practicable.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request, verify, validate, or authenticate the identity, credentials, licenses, authorizations, registrations, business information, RERA details, ownership documents, or other supporting information of any user, broker, builder, developer, agent, advertiser, or entity using the Services. Users agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and authentic information and documents whenever requested by the Company. The Company may conduct verification checks directly or through third-party verification service providers for the purposes of fraud prevention; platform security; regulatory compliance; trust and safety measures; account authentication; and suspicious activity monitoring. PropAdda reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate accounts; remove listings or content; limit platform functionality; or reject advertisements, subscriptions, or user registrations if the Company reasonably believes that information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, unauthorized, fraudulent, or unverifiable; the user is engaged in suspicious, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited activities; or continued access may expose the platform or users to legal, financial, reputational, or security risks. Users acknowledge that verification by PropAdda, if conducted, shall not constitute any guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty regarding the credibility, legality, ownership, financial standing, or conduct of any user or listing.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to monitor, review, investigate, suspend, restrict, deactivate, remove, or terminate any account, listing, communication, advertisement, subscription, transaction-related activity, or access to the Services where the Company reasonably believes that: • these Legal Terms or applicable laws have been violated; • fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or suspicious activity has occurred; • false representations or unauthorized listings have been submitted; • intellectual property rights or third-party rights may have been infringed; • user activity may adversely affect the integrity, security, reputation, operations, or lawful functioning of the platform. The Company may conduct internal reviews or investigations and may request additional information, documents, or clarifications from users during such process. During the pendency of any investigation or review, the Company may temporarily restrict access to certain features, listings, communications, withdrawals, subscriptions, or account functionalities. PropAdda shall not be liable for any losses, business interruption, reputational impact, removal of content, suspension of services, or damages arising from actions taken in good faith pursuant to this clause. The Company further reserves the right to preserve records, logs, communications, and account-related information for legal, regulatory, compliance, fraud prevention, or investigative purposes in accordance with applicable law.
The Services may enable users to make payments, purchase subscriptions, advertise listings, or conduct other financial transactions through third-party payment gateways, banking partners, or payment processing service providers. Users acknowledge and agree that all payment processing services are provided by independent third-party payment service providers; PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, processing time, authorization, settlement, failure, reversal, or interruption of any payment transaction; and the Company shall not be liable for any failed transactions, payment delays, unauthorized banking activity, technical payment issues, chargebacks, banking errors, or losses arising from third-party payment systems. Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), levies, duties, or statutory charges, may be charged in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing, subscription plans, or service charges at any time; suspend paid services for failed payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraudulent transactions; and refuse or cancel transactions that may violate applicable law or platform policies.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company in writing, all subscription fees, promotional fees, advertising charges, listing fees, and other payments made for the Services are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, consider refunds, credits, adjustments, or replacements in limited circumstances including: • duplicate payments; • technical processing errors attributable to the Company; • unauthorized transactions verified by the Company; • failure of paid services substantially caused by the Company. Subscription plans may be recurring in nature; recurring billing may continue until cancelled by the user or terminated by the Company; and users are responsible for reviewing subscription terms, billing cycles, renewal dates, and applicable charges before purchasing any paid service. Cancellation of subscriptions shall stop future recurring billing where applicable but shall not entitle users to refunds for already billed periods unless otherwise required under applicable law. Nothing contained herein shall limit any rights available to consumers under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
The Services, including all property listings, advertisements, recommendations, analytics, content, communications, market insights, pricing information, promotional materials, estimated returns, project details, user interactions, and other materials made available through the platform, are provided solely for general informational and communication purposes. Nothing contained on the Services shall constitute or be construed as legal advice; financial advice; investment advice; tax advice; property valuation advice; brokerage services; due diligence certification; professional consultancy; or solicitation or recommendation to purchase, sell, lease, invest in, or otherwise transact in any property or project. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence, legal verification, financial assessment, title verification, regulatory checks, and professional consultation before making any property-related, financial, commercial, or investment decisions. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd does not guarantee profitability; appreciation; investment returns; rental yields; market performance; legal compliance; project completion; or suitability of any property or transaction. Any reliance placed by users on information available through the Services shall be strictly at their own risk.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, remove, restrict, disable, suspend, block, or take down any listing, advertisement, profile, communication, image, document, content, or account that: • violates these Legal Terms or platform policies; • is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or harmful; • infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights; • contains false property information, fake projects, impersonation, unauthorized advertisements, or prohibited content; • may expose the platform, users, regulators, or third parties to legal, reputational, operational, or security risks; • is subject to governmental, regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement directions or takedown requests. Users may report suspected violations, unlawful content, fake listings, intellectual property infringement, fraud, impersonation, or abuse through the grievance contact details or reporting mechanisms provided on the platform. Users acknowledge that PropAdda acts as an intermediary platform and shall not be liable for user-generated content uploaded or shared through the Services. Repeated violations or abusive conduct may result in permanent suspension or termination of access to the Services.
The Services are intended only for individuals who are competent to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing or using the Services, users represent and warrant that they are at least eighteen (18) years old; they possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements; and all information submitted to the Company is accurate and lawful. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under eighteen (18) years of age; permit minors to independently create accounts or engage in transactions through the Services; or conduct behavioral monitoring, profiling, or targeted advertising directed toward minors. If the Company becomes aware that personal information of a minor has been collected or processed without lawful authorization, the Company reserves the right to deactivate or suspend the relevant account; delete or restrict such information; and take such measures as may be considered reasonably necessary under applicable law.
Users shall not upload, publish, distribute, transmit, display, advertise, or otherwise make available through the Services any content, material, image, logo, design, document, video, brochure, trademark, copyrighted work, proprietary information, or other material that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party. Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, authorizations, and consents required for any content submitted or shared through the Services. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, disable, restrict, or suspend access to any content, listing, advertisement, account, or material that is alleged or reasonably suspected to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law. Any person or entity claiming infringement may submit a complaint to the Company containing: identification of the allegedly infringing material; sufficient details establishing ownership or authorization; contact information of the complainant; and a statement made in good faith regarding the alleged infringement. Users found to be repeatedly engaging in intellectual property infringement, impersonation, unauthorized use of content, or unlawful reproduction of materials may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
The Services may enable users to discover, communicate, interact, negotiate, advertise, exchange information, or engage with brokers, builders, developers, agents, property owners, advertisers, buyers, tenants, landlords, service providers, or other third parties. Users acknowledge and agree that all interactions, communications, negotiations, representations, transactions, agreements, payments, site visits, property inspections, token payments, bookings, arrangements, or dealings between users or third parties are conducted solely at their own discretion and risk; PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd is not a party to any transaction, negotiation, agreement, arrangement, or communication between users; and the Company does not guarantee the identity, credibility, ownership, licensing status, authority, financial capability, intentions, conduct, performance, or legal compliance of any user or third party. The Company shall not be liable for fraud, misrepresentation, cheating, impersonation, or unlawful conduct by users or third parties; payment disputes, token losses, deposits, commissions, brokerage disputes, refunds, cancellations, or contractual disagreements; property defects, title disputes, approval issues, project delays, possession disputes, or transaction failures; or verbal promises, external agreements, side arrangements, or representations made outside the platform. Any dealings conducted outside the Services or through external communication channels shall be entirely at the users' own risk.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, upgrade, update, remove, or replace any part of the Services; introduce new features, limitations, technical requirements, subscription models, advertising formats, or operational policies; and conduct scheduled or emergency maintenance, security reviews, system upgrades, testing, or infrastructure changes. The Company does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available; listings, advertisements, communications, leads, analytics, notifications, or platform features will function without delays or interruptions; or the Services will meet every user expectation, commercial objective, or business requirement. The Company shall not be liable for business losses; missed opportunities or leads; advertising performance issues; interruption of communications; data delays or synchronization issues; temporary unavailability of listings or services; or loss of revenue, goodwill, profits, or expected business outcomes arising from service interruptions or operational modifications.
By accessing, registering for, browsing, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Services, users consent to receive communications, notices, disclosures, alerts, invoices, reminders, updates, policy changes, security notifications, marketing communications, transactional messages, and other information from PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd through electronic means including email; SMS; in-platform notifications; telephone calls; messaging services; push notifications; and other electronic communication channels used by the Company. Users acknowledge and agree that electronic communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing; electronic records, agreements, acknowledgements, acceptances, consents, approvals, and communications shall be legally valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law; and notices sent to the email address, phone number, account, or communication channel associated with a user account shall be deemed validly delivered. The Company shall not be liable for communication delivery failures caused by incorrect user information; network restrictions, telecom failures, spam filters, or device-related limitations; or delays or non-receipt of notices outside the Company's reasonable control. Users may manage certain communication preferences subject to applicable law and operational limitations of the Services.
By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, users acknowledge and agree that PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd may send promotional communications, marketing messages, property alerts, listing recommendations, newsletters, subscription offers, advertisements, campaign updates, event invitations, and platform announcements through electronic means including email, SMS, telephone calls, messaging services, push notifications, in-platform communications, or other lawful communication channels, subject to applicable law and user preferences where required. Users may opt out of certain marketing communications by using unsubscribe mechanisms where available; modifying account preferences; or contacting the Company through designated support or grievance channels. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may continue to send transactional communications; security alerts; service-related notices; legal or compliance communications; and account-related updates where reasonably necessary for operation of the Services or compliance with applicable law.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd is committed to maintaining the integrity, safety, reliability, and lawful operation of the Services. Users shall not: • create fake, misleading, duplicate, deceptive, or unauthorized listings; • impersonate any person, broker, builder, company, or entity; • misrepresent ownership, approvals, pricing, availability, or authority relating to any property; • engage in phishing, scams, fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorized solicitation, or deceptive conduct; • scrape, extract, harvest, copy, automate, or unlawfully collect platform data, user information, leads, listings, or content; • interfere with platform security, systems, infrastructure, APIs, databases, or operational functionality; • use bots, automated tools, scripts, crawlers, or unauthorized technologies to access or misuse the Services; • artificially manipulate listings, rankings, engagement metrics, reviews, leads, inquiries, traffic, or platform activity; • engage in spam, bulk messaging, abusive communications, or unauthorized advertising. Where the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, suspicious, or harmful activity, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts; remove content or listings; restrict platform access; block transactions or communications; preserve logs and records; and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The Services may utilize automated systems, analytics tools, recommendation engines, artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning models, ranking systems, personalization tools, behavioral analytics, or algorithmic processes for purposes including property recommendations; content personalization; listing visibility; lead matching; fraud prevention; moderation; analytics and platform optimization; user engagement; and search relevance and operational efficiency. Users acknowledge and agree that automated outputs, rankings, recommendations, scores, insights, analytics, or suggestions generated through the Services are informational in nature only; such outputs may be influenced by user activity, platform behavior, engagement metrics, preferences, system limitations, third-party data, or automated processes; and automated systems may not always be accurate, complete, current, unbiased, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user or transaction. Users shall independently verify all information, recommendations, analytics, rankings, or insights before relying upon them for commercial, financial, legal, property-related, or investment decisions. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as creating any fiduciary duty, advisory relationship, professional recommendation obligation, or guaranteed outcome on the part of the Company.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, amend, revise, update, supplement, replace, or discontinue these Legal Terms, the Privacy Policy, platform rules, subscription terms, pricing structures, operational policies, or any part of the Services; introduce new features, functionalities, restrictions, monetization models, advertisements, technical requirements, eligibility criteria, or compliance measures; and modify platform workflows, interfaces, algorithms, communications systems, or operational practices. Unless otherwise required under applicable law, continued access to or use of the Services after publication or implementation of updated terms shall constitute acceptance of such revised terms and policies. If a user does not agree to any revised terms or policies, such user must discontinue use of the Services. The Company shall not be liable for losses, inconvenience, or disputes arising from modifications made in accordance with this clause.
If any provision, clause, term, or part of these Legal Terms or related policies is held to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a competent court, tribunal, or authority, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall be interpreted, modified, or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Failure or delay by PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd in exercising any right, remedy, power, or provision under these Legal Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or any future enforcement thereof. Any waiver by the Company shall be effective only if made expressly in writing and signed or authorized by the Company. The rights, obligations, protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, intellectual property provisions, dispute resolution clauses, payment obligations, data retention rights, confidentiality obligations, and any other provisions which by their nature are intended to survive shall survive suspension of Services; account deactivation; termination of user access; expiration of subscriptions; discontinuation of the Services; and termination of these Legal Terms.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, licensors, technology partners, service providers, and successors from and against any and all claims, complaints, demands, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, settlements, and legal fees arising out of or relating to: • violation of these Legal Terms or applicable laws; • misuse of the Services; • fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized activities; • property disputes, ownership disputes, or transaction-related disputes; • violation of RERA requirements or advertising regulations; • infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights; • user-generated content, listings, advertisements, communications, or representations; • breach of warranties, representations, or obligations made by users; • transactions, negotiations, payments, or dealings between users or third parties; • regulatory complaints, governmental proceedings, or enforcement actions caused by user conduct. This clause shall survive account suspension or termination; discontinuation of the Services; deletion of accounts; expiration of subscriptions; and termination of these Legal Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, users represent, warrant, undertake, and agree that: • all information, documents, listings, advertisements, communications, representations, and materials submitted through the Services are truthful, accurate, current, complete, and lawful; • they possess all necessary legal rights, authority, licenses, permissions, registrations, approvals, and consents required to upload, advertise, promote, lease, sell, market, or otherwise deal with any property, project, listing, or content made available through the Services; • their use of the Services shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, industry standards, and governmental requirements; • they shall not engage in misleading, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, harmful, or unauthorized conduct through the Services; • they shall not interfere with the integrity, security, lawful operation, infrastructure, systems, databases, APIs, communications, or functioning of the platform; • they are solely responsible for their interactions, communications, transactions, agreements, and dealings with other users or third parties. The Company reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in relation to violations of this clause.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Services, platform, content, listings, advertisements, communications, recommendations, analytics, features, subscriptions, promotional tools, and all related functionalities are provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis without warranties, representations, guarantees, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties and representations including, without limitation: • accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or authenticity of listings or user-generated content; • uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free operation of the Services; • merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, compatibility, availability, or non-infringement; • quality, safety, legality, ownership, approvals, possession status, pricing accuracy, or suitability of any property, project, broker, developer, advertiser, or transaction; • guaranteed visibility, lead generation, conversion, business performance, promotional outcomes, rankings, or commercial success; • accuracy of automated recommendations, analytics, AI-generated outputs, or algorithmic systems. Users access and use the Services entirely at their own discretion and risk. Nothing contained herein shall exclude warranties or rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, licensors, service providers, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or speculative damages; loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, reputation, anticipated savings, or commercial opportunities; property disputes, title disputes, project delays, construction defects, approval issues, transaction failures, or user misconduct; fraud, impersonation, scams, unauthorized transactions, or unlawful acts committed by users or third parties; or losses arising from reliance upon information, recommendations, AI-generated outputs, rankings, automated systems, or platform features. The aggregate liability of the Company arising out of or relating to the Services, these Legal Terms, subscriptions, platform usage, or any related claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the affected user to the Company during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where users access the Services without payment, the Company's aggregate liability shall, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, be limited to INR 1,000. Nothing contained herein shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to assign, transfer, novate, subcontract, delegate, or otherwise transfer any or all of its rights, obligations, interests, assets, operations, data, agreements, subscriptions, platform rights, or business functions under these Legal Terms, whether in connection with mergers; acquisitions; corporate restructuring; reorganization; business transfers; sale of assets; strategic partnerships; investments; financing transactions; affiliate arrangements; succession planning; or operation through subsidiaries or related entities. Users acknowledge and agree that such transfer or assignment may include the transfer of user accounts, operational data, platform rights, contractual rights, business records, subscriptions, and related operational assets to successor entities or affiliated organizations in accordance with applicable law. Users may not assign, transfer, sublicense, delegate, or otherwise transfer their rights, obligations, subscriptions, or accounts under these Legal Terms without prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorized assignment by users shall be deemed void and unenforceable.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability except where required under applicable law, to suspend, discontinue, terminate, migrate, replace, consolidate, or modify any part of the Services; discontinue specific features, products, tools, subscription plans, integrations, communication systems, analytics tools, promotional services, or platform functionalities; or reorganize operational workflows, infrastructure, service offerings, business models, or user access structures. Where reasonably practicable, the Company may provide prior notice of material discontinuation or migration affecting paid services or active subscriptions. Users acknowledge and agree that continued availability of any feature, functionality, subscription model, listing format, promotional tool, communication system, or platform capability is not guaranteed; and the Company shall not be liable for losses arising from discontinuation, suspension, migration, or modification of Services conducted in good faith and in accordance with applicable law. The Company may retain, migrate, archive, transfer, anonymize, or delete operational data and user-related information during business continuity or transition processes in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, operational requirements, and the Privacy Policy.
Users acknowledge that the Services may provide access to confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, or restricted information including user contact information; buyer and seller inquiries; broker and advertiser details; property demand data; platform-generated leads; analytics information; communication records; listing information; operational insights; and business-related information made available through the Services. Users agree that they shall not misuse, exploit, disclose, sell, transfer, distribute, publish, scrape, harvest, copy, or commercially exploit platform data or user information except as expressly permitted through the Services; use information obtained through the platform for unauthorized solicitation, spam, lead resale, telemarketing, data aggregation, competitor analysis, or unlawful commercial purposes; or reproduce, compile, or create independent databases using platform listings, user information, communications, or lead data without prior written authorization from the Company. Users acknowledge that platform-generated leads, engagement systems, analytics, and operational workflows may constitute proprietary business assets of the Company; and unauthorized extraction or misuse of such information may cause irreparable commercial harm to the Company and affected users.
The Services may contain or enable access to third-party websites; external links; advertisements; payment gateways; social media platforms; communication services; maps and location services; analytics tools; software integrations; APIs; embedded media; cloud infrastructure; external applications; broker or developer websites; and governmental or regulatory portals. Users acknowledge and agree that PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd does not own, operate, control, monitor, endorse, or guarantee third-party services or external platforms; the Company is not responsible for the availability, legality, security, accuracy, content, policies, practices, performance, or reliability of third-party services; and access to third-party services may be governed by separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, or contractual arrangements of such third parties. The inclusion of any third-party service, link, advertisement, integration, or reference shall not be construed as endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, verification, certification, or recommendation by the Company unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, restrict, disable, or remove third-party integrations or external services at any time without liability.
Nothing contained in these Legal Terms, the Services, platform interactions, listings, advertisements, communications, subscriptions, or user activities shall be construed to create any unauthorized agency relationship; partnership; joint venture; employment relationship; fiduciary relationship; brokerage authority; or representative authority between PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd and any user, broker, advertiser, developer, agent, or third party unless expressly authorized or documented in writing by the Company. Users acknowledge and agree that they act independently and on their own behalf while using the Services; they do not possess authority to legally bind, represent, make commitments on behalf of, or create obligations for the Company unless expressly authorized in writing; and no statements, representations, negotiations, or transactions conducted by users shall be attributed to the Company. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized claims of representation, agency, affiliation, partnership, or commitments made by any user or third party without written authorization.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cooperate with governmental authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, judicial bodies, statutory authorities, cybercrime cells, investigative agencies, taxation authorities, consumer forums, and other competent authorities in connection with: • legal compliance obligations; • fraud prevention and investigation; • cyber incidents and security matters; • unlawful activities; • regulatory inquiries; • user complaints and disputes; • enforcement of applicable laws; • protection of the platform, users, or public interest. The Company may preserve, monitor, review, disclose, share, produce, or transfer user information, account details, communications, listings, logs, transactional records, technical data, IP addresses, verification records, or other information where the Company reasonably believes such disclosure is: • required under applicable law; • necessary pursuant to court orders, legal process, subpoenas, notices, or governmental directions; • reasonably necessary for investigation of suspected unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or prohibited conduct; • necessary for enforcement of these Legal Terms or protection of legal rights. Users acknowledge and agree that the Company may take actions including: • suspension or restriction of accounts; • preservation of records and evidence; • removal of listings or content; • cooperation with investigations; • reporting suspicious activities to competent authorities. The Company shall not be liable for disclosures, actions, restrictions, investigations, or cooperation undertaken in good faith pursuant to this clause or applicable legal obligations. Nothing contained herein shall obligate the Company to independently monitor all activities or proactively investigate all user conduct unless required under applicable law.
Users agree that their access to and use of the Services shall comply with all applicable laws; statutes; rules; regulations; governmental notifications; regulatory guidelines; judicial directions; industry standards; licensing requirements; and tax obligations, including those relating to real estate and property transactions; RERA compliance; advertising and promotional activities; consumer protection; privacy and data protection; intellectual property; anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations; telecommunications and electronic communications; taxation and invoicing; and cyber laws and information technology regulations. Users shall be solely responsible for obtaining necessary approvals, registrations, permissions, licenses, authorizations, and consents; ensuring legality, authenticity, and regulatory compliance of listings, advertisements, communications, and transactions; and payment of applicable taxes, duties, levies, commissions, or statutory obligations arising from their activities. The Company does not guarantee that use of the Services by users automatically satisfies any legal, regulatory, licensing, disclosure, registration, or compliance requirements applicable to such users or their activities. The Company reserves the right to request compliance-related documentation or verification; restrict or remove content or activities suspected to violate applicable law; suspend or terminate accounts involved in unlawful or non-compliant conduct; and cooperate with governmental or regulatory authorities where required. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice by the Company.
Users acknowledge and agree that fees, subscriptions, advertising charges, promotional services, premium features, or other paid services offered through the Services may be subject to applicable taxes, levies, duties, cess, Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), withholding obligations, or other statutory charges under applicable law. Users shall be solely responsible for: • providing accurate billing, invoicing, GST, business, or taxation information; • ensuring correctness of GSTIN or business registration details submitted through the Services; • compliance with applicable taxation, accounting, invoicing, reporting, withholding, and statutory obligations arising from their activities or transactions. The Company may collect and charge applicable taxes in accordance with prevailing laws; issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, or billing records electronically; and revise pricing structures, taxes, or billing mechanisms where required by law or operational considerations. The Company shall not be liable for tax liabilities, penalties, interest, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users; non-compliance by users with taxation or invoicing obligations; or governmental actions, assessments, or investigations relating to user activities or transactions. Nothing contained herein shall restrict the Company from disclosing billing, taxation, transactional, or invoicing information where required under applicable law or lawful governmental requests.
By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, users expressly consent to receive communications from PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd, its authorized representatives, affiliates, partners, vendors, service providers, brokers, advertisers, builders, developers, or communication service providers through: • telephone calls; • SMS; • WhatsApp messages; • push notifications; • email communications; • automated calls or prerecorded communications where permitted by law; • in-platform messages; • other electronic communication channels. Such communications may include account verification; OTPs and security notifications; property alerts and listing recommendations; buyer and seller inquiries; subscription and billing communications; promotional offers and marketing campaigns; service announcements and operational updates; and customer support and engagement communications. Users acknowledge and agree that consent provided under this clause shall operate notwithstanding registration under Do Not Disturb ("DND") or National Customer Preference Register ("NCPR") services, to the extent permitted under applicable law; and communications may be initiated through third-party communication service providers, telecom operators, messaging platforms, CRM systems, or automation tools engaged by the Company. Users may opt out of certain promotional communications by using unsubscribe mechanisms where available; modifying communication preferences; or contacting the Company through designated support channels. However, the Company may continue to send transactional communications, security notifications, legal notices, operational updates, and account-related communications where reasonably necessary for provision of the Services or compliance with applicable law.
The Services may provide users with optional privacy-oriented features, including anonymous posting capabilities, limited-profile visibility, masked contact information, selective disclosure settings, or restricted identity-sharing mechanisms. Users acknowledge and agree that anonymity or privacy-related features may not guarantee complete anonymity, confidentiality, or non-identifiability in all circumstances; and certain information may become visible or inferable through user communications; voluntary disclosures; uploaded content; metadata; property preferences; transaction-related interactions; third-party conduct; legal or regulatory requirements; or platform operations or technical limitations. Users are solely responsible for determining what information they choose to disclose through the Services; exercising caution while communicating with other users or third parties; and protecting sensitive, confidential, financial, identity-related, or personal information. Users shall not misuse anonymous posting or privacy features for impersonation; fraudulent activity; unlawful conduct; misleading representations; spam; harassment; or concealment of prohibited activities. The Company reserves the right to limit, modify, suspend, verify, restrict, or remove anonymous posting features; and to request verification or disclosure information where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, fraud prevention, investigations, or lawful governmental requests. Nothing contained herein shall restrict the Company from disclosing information where required under applicable law, court orders, governmental directions, security investigations, or lawful regulatory obligations.
Users, advertisers, brokers, builders, developers, agencies, marketing partners, and other persons utilizing promotional or advertising features through the Services are solely responsible for ensuring that all advertisements, listings, promotional materials, campaigns, representations, communications, and marketing content are truthful, accurate, lawful, and non-misleading; comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and advertising guidelines; do not contain false claims, deceptive pricing, fabricated offers, fake guarantees, manipulated media, unauthorized branding, or misleading investment representations; and comply with applicable provisions of consumer protection laws; RERA regulations; advertising standards; intellectual property laws; and data protection and anti-spam laws. Users shall not publish misleading or deceptive advertisements; falsely represent ownership, approvals, pricing, returns, availability, or affiliations; make unauthorized investment assurances, guaranteed return claims, or unverifiable promotional statements; or impersonate brands, developers, brokers, agencies, or third parties. The Company does not independently verify all advertisements, promotions, claims, pricing details, approvals, investment projections, discounts, or representations published through the Services. Any featured placement, promoted visibility, sponsored listing, advertisement label, recommendation, or promotional positioning on the platform shall not be construed as endorsement, certification, guarantee, legal verification, or investment recommendation by the Company. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, suspend, modify, remove, or restrict advertisements or promotional content; seek supporting documents or regulatory approvals; and disable campaigns or promotional features suspected to violate applicable law or platform policies. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims, penalties, investigations, disputes, or liabilities arising from advertisements, promotions, or marketing content submitted through the Services.
PropAdda Online India Pvt Ltd may, from time to time, introduce, test, pilot, preview, or provide access to beta features; experimental tools; early-access services; trial functionalities; AI-powered features; analytics tools; communication systems; integrations; recommendation systems; and promotional or operational experiments. Users acknowledge and agree that beta or experimental features may contain bugs, errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, vulnerabilities, limitations, or incomplete functionality; such features may be modified, suspended, restricted, discontinued, or withdrawn at any time without notice; and availability, stability, performance, compatibility, reliability, or accuracy of beta features is not guaranteed. Users use beta or experimental features entirely at their own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company disclaims warranties, guarantees, liabilities, and representations relating to performance or availability of beta features; data integrity or preservation; compatibility with user systems or workflows; and uninterrupted operation or commercial suitability. Nothing contained herein obligates the Company to commercially release, maintain, support, or continue any beta or experimental feature.
